Brand new loft-studio is located in one of the very best neighborhoods in NYC at the amazing Gramercy Park area! Walk to Union Square, Madison Square Park, NYU and so much more! The area is surrounded by great restaurants, bars and shops. Additionally, the area is well-served by public transportation, making it easy to get to other parts of the city. The Space: The apartment itself is super chic, modern, and sophisticated with a New York style and vibe. It is quiet and comfortable with added touches to make your stay more enjoyable, such as a 40" flat screen TV, Free Wifi, linens, plush towels, and a fully stocked kitchen with a refrigerator, oven range, microwave-oven, toaster, and coffee maker. There is also a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience, a hair dryer, and an iron/ironing board. The apartment features beautiful exposed brick walls, which is a classic and charming feature of many New York apartments. The apartment is tastefully decorated with modern furnishings and includes a comfortable queen size bed with a memory foam mattress. Additionally, the apartment has a large closet, air conditioner, and heating. Please note that New York City's heating season is until the end of May. The apartment also is well served by public transportation, so all other major NYC attractions are just a short walk, cab or subway ride away.
